Tracey is proud of her heritage as a North Carolina “Tar Heel,” but spending the last 28+ years of her life in Tennessee, she also considers herself a Tennessean! After obtaining her Affiliate Broker license in 1994, Tracey began her real estate career promoting Fairfield Glade to out-of-state future retirees. In 2002, she obtained her Broker’s license and opened a real estate company that quickly became one of the top producing offices in Cumberland County! She holds certifications in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and e-Pro. Tracey opened Uplands Village Real Estate in 2012 to market Uplands Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cumberland County. Today she is proud to serve the Plateau through her own company, Atlas Real Estate, and is committed to having Realtors with knowledge and integrity serving under her! She has three wonderful children, and enjoys her volunteer work as both a Crossville Rotarian and a Sponsor of the Cumberland County Playhouse.
Melissa Coudriet is a licensed nurse and brings a strong background in Marketing and Sales, having successfully worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 13 years. She designed and implemented the Healthcare Marketing model for Uplands Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cumberland County. In 2017, Melissa obtained her real estate license to further assist her clients’ needs and prides herself on finding their dream home on the Plateau. “Melissa was crucial for my real estate business these last few years as I cared for my husband, and I am so grateful she is with me today as we build Atlas! We have only been open a month and she already has almost 2 million in pending sales!” says Tracey.
