Melissa Coudriet is a licensed nurse and brings a strong background in Marketing and Sales, having successfully worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 13 years. She designed and implemented the Healthcare Marketing model for Uplands Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cumberland County. In 2017, Melissa obtained her real estate license to further assist her clients’ needs and prides herself on finding their dream home on the Plateau. “Melissa was crucial for my real estate business these last few years as I cared for my husband, and I am so grateful she is with me today as we build Atlas!”

Caron Baillie was born and raised in Miami, Florida but she always wanted to live somewhere with four seasons and no hurricanes. AND she always wanted to be a Realtor! Instead she ran a business for 25 years which pushed both dreams to the back burner. Fortunately in 2011, Caron learned of Crossville and Fairfield Glade! She found their forever home and made the move to Fairfield Glade in late 2020.

Since then Caron has had the pleasure of serving our community at the post office, and has met many wonderful people.

Originally from Michigan, Shirley began her professional journey as a public school teacher, later transitioning into roles as a bank manager and a Certified Financial Planner for approximately 12 years. This diverse background has proven invaluable in the educational and financial aspects of real estate. For the past 13 years, she has been a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee, where she enjoys meeting new clients and helping them buy or sell their Tennessee homes.

Upon moving to Tennessee with her husband, she initially planned to retire. However, her passion for meeting new people, continuous learning, and the fulfillment she finds in assisting with real estate transactions have kept her active, healthy, and engaged in serving her community.

Tracey Barnes brings over three decades of real estate experience and a deep love for the Cumberland Plateau to Atlas Real Estate. Originally from North Carolina, she proudly carries her “Tar Heel” heritage while embracing Tennessee as home after more than 28 years in the state.

Tracey began her real estate career in 1994, promoting Fairfield Glade to future retirees across the country. By 2002, she had earned her Broker’s license and launched one of Cumberland County’s top-producing agencies. In 2012, she founded Uplands Village Real Estate to serve the continuing care retirement community of Uplands Village. Today, she leads Atlas Real Estate with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and community-focused service.

She holds certifications in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and e-Pro, and is passionate about mentoring agents who share her values. Tracey is also a proud Crossville Rotarian and an active sponsor of both the Cumberland County Playhouse and the Art Guild at Fairfield Glade.
