Tracey Barnes
Tracey is proud of her heritage as a North Carolina “Tar Heel,” but spending the last 28+ years of her life in Tennessee, she also considers herself a Tennessean! After obtaining her Affiliate Broker license in 1994, Tracey began her real estate career promoting Fairfield Glade to out-of-state future retirees. In 2002, she obtained her Broker’s license and opened a real estate company that quickly became one of the top producing offices in Cumberland County! She holds certifications in SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and e-Pro. Tracey opened Uplands Village Real Estate in 2012 to market Uplands Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cumberland County. Today she is proud to serve the Plateau through her own company, Atlas Real Estate, and is committed to having Realtors with knowledge and integrity serving under her! She has three wonderful children, and enjoys her volunteer work as both a Crossville Rotarian and a Sponsor of the Cumberland County Playhouse. She is also a sponsor of the Art Guild at Fairfield Glade.
